 I'd like to introduce Tasha, a 2005 Graphite Gray Lancer Evolution VIII MR. Purchased in late January of 2005. This year/model was limited to just 1500, even less in the graphite gray and available for sale in the United States. This was the first year and one of few actual MRs’ shipped to the US from Japan. Tasha came equipped with a 6spd tranny, aluminum roof, BBS wheels, and Bilstein shocks.
This car is daily driven, tracked, auto-xed, canyoned, and car-showed as well. Below are her mods.. current and future. I am building this car, not for straight line as I believe straight line is for girls, but for hard turns. What a concept huh? I have only straight lined Tasha once and that was 2 weeks after I got her and ran a 13 flat. Since then, its been nothing but high speed turns. It's what she does. I am actively involved with So Cal EVO, Evolution M, Club Si, SCCA, SD Solo2, HIN City, Emperor Motor Sports EVO Club Message Boards and currently participating in Local Track, Auto-X, Road Racing Events, and other activities within Southern California and Greater San Diego Area.
