Bassforms Hires Seasoned Account Manager to Grow Business
bassformNEWPORT BEACH, CA. December 11, 2008 – Bassforms, the premier manufacturer of custom enclosures for subwoofers, announced the hiring of Julie Doyen as the new manager of Account Development and Strategy. Doyen brings almost a decade of hands-on marketing, advertising and sales experience, coupled with a client-centered, results-driven approach for the company’s broad client base.

“We are pleased to add such a leading professional to our talented staff,” said Nick Saati, Founder of Bassforms. “Julie’s in-depth knowledge and experience in the 12 Volt marketplace provides many growth opportunities for our clients”.

At a time when the 12 Volt manufacturing sector is yielding diminishing returns more often than not, some would think it unusual to remain focused on this industry. Doyen, however, believes otherwise.

“This is the best time to tighten up companies sales and marketing efforts and focus on the bottom-line. It’s tough out there, no question, but there are substantial opportunities present for companies with the desire to persevere, and we know how to help them maximize their most important resource ‘staff time’ with our products. Our products can reduce the wasted time spent on making a custom enclosure and with exceptional results,” Doyen said.

Throughout Doyen’s career, she has worked on sales and marketing efforts for companies such as Gryphon Mobile, Vivo electronics, The Right Connections and many others.

Founded in 2004, Bassforms is an award-winning, nationally recognized firm, specializing in manufacturing of fiberglass enclosures; the patent-pending design of Bassforms vehicle-specific products touts various colors and styles. Each Bassforms enclosure is designed to take up the least amount of trunk space while providing durable response for subwoofer applications. With over 70 vehicle-specific enclosure applications and over 15 universal applications, Bassforms prides itself on giving the car audio world plenty of options for maximizing bass.

“I’m excited to join such an established firm, with a solid, impressive foundation and diverse roster of clients,” said Doyen. “I’m looking forward to applying my experience, enthusiasm and fresh ideas to current and future clients.”
